About Me

Tommy Wyatt, DPT, PhD(c), SCS is a residency-trained and Board-Certified Sports Physical Therapist. In addition to serving as “The MSK QB” for professional and division 1 athletes, he serves as an Assistant Professor at High Point University Department of Physical Therapy, and as the Director of Rehab for HPU Athletics. Outside of clinical practice and academia, he owns and operates a healthcare technology company called SuperCharge Sports Health, and a continuing education company called Institute of Sports Health & Science. He serves as a consultant for numerous NFL and NBA teams, along with serving as a start-up investor (angel) and advisor (with Healthcare Shares VC).

His “MSK QB” model of clinical practice has allowed him to surpass (as of 2026) $4 million dollars annually. He has created the remainder of his portfolio to scale this model and improve musculoskeletal health care for all. This mission is carried throughout his research arm, education arm, and technology. All designed to enhance clinical care, decision-making, and athlete experience.

Tommy Wyatt is a former standout New Jersey high school QB, who went on to play football at Temple and Rutgers University. He is a 6-year veteran of the Army National Guard.
